Abstract

|
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is widely used in the field of neuro-ophthalmology. Recently, there has been great progress in the techniques of MRI, enabling better visualization of the pathophysiologic changes of neuro-ophthalmologic disorders. Here, we review our experience in using the conventional MRI sequences with recent developments for evaluating optic neuropathy and ocular motor disease. We hope to provide a better understanding of the advanced neuro-imaging in diagnosing neuro-ophthalmologic conditions with this review.
